  1. A guy named Einstein once said, “Anyone who has never made a mistake has never tried anything new.” I love the returning trend of embracing our failures. Not trying to fail or allowing ourselves to fail, but accepting that in even the most earnest of efforts to do hard things we will have failures. More importantly, those failures have value. It’s not shameful to fail, rather those failures are the moments in which we learn the most. Innovation and creativity are commendable, but not that miraculous. The road to both seems only to try hard things, then have enough wisdom to look closely at failures and enough courage to try again.
